These terms govern your use of the SkyLine Booking website. By using the site, you agree to them.

Who we are

SkyLine Booking is a travel booking platform for searching and requesting flights, tours, and travel packages, and for job applications with our company.

Bookings are requests, not tickets

Submitting a flight or tour booking, or a fare inquiry, reserves your request with our team — it does not automatically issue a ticket or charge a payment method, since we do not collect payment through this website. A member of our team follows up to confirm your booking and arrange payment before travel. Prices shown are indicative and may change based on availability at the time we confirm your booking.

Currency display

Prices can be viewed in USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD for your convenience, converted using an approximate, periodically updated exchange rate. The currency you were viewing when you book is recorded with your booking and carried through to your confirmation, but the exact rate applied when we confirm final pricing may differ slightly from what was shown while browsing.

Accuracy of information you provide

You're responsible for providing accurate information when booking or applying for a job — particularly your name and passport number, which must match your travel documents exactly. We're not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information you submit.

Job applications

Submitting a job application does not guarantee an interview or offer. Resumes and application details are reviewed by our hiring team and retained per our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or another person's information without authorization
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site or its underlying systems
• Use the site to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, including in reviews or applications

Reviews

Reviews you submit must reflect your own genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the tour or destination.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep flight, tour, and pricing information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, and availability can change between when you search and when we confirm a booking.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SkyLine Booking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the booking in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
